Discover Your Authentic Leadership with The Herd

This is truly a FieldTrip. We’ll head out to the farm where I will co-facilitate with my herd of horses to discuss concepts of Leadership. This will be an engaging session with learning and discussion.

While in the field with a herd of horses, we’ll learn how to:

❤️ Rethink what the term leadership looks like and how to shift our perceptions of ourselves in relationship to this word.

❤️ Discover the magic of showing up and responding to what happens. So often we rush into meetings or projects with an agenda and miss all the opportunities to learn and work with information that shows up in the space.

❤️ Use new ways to communicate and connect with others, using curiosity to defeat anxiety

❤️ Inspire our team members to embrace their strengths and courageous step up when an opportunity presents itself

❤️ Understand our creative process and how to move through the parts of a project that get us stuck.

By the end of the session, you’ll have an entirely new lens through which to view yourself, your team and your work. You’ll be able to put these principles to work and play with them.
