In this workshop, you’ll learn a new framework that repositions the power dynamics during a negotiation, identify and learn tools for overcoming your fears and barriers when it comes to negotiating, and leave with a checklist of proven tactics and strategies that will help you approach your next negotiation with more confidence and success.
You’ll learn how to determine your own rate, who should make the first offer, what to do if they say, “there’s no budget”, and how hearing “no” can actually be a really good thing.
About your host
Nora Rahimian is a creative consultant and co-founder of #CultureFix, a global collaborative network of artists, activists, and entrepreneurs who use their platforms for social impact.
