Volet OUTILS
Établissez une trousse à outils convoitée permettant d’animer votre carrière. Vous souhaitez créer une entreprise ou peut-être innover au sein d'une organisation existante ? Grâce à ces ateliers de base portant sur divers logiciels, applications et plates-formes, vous serez en mesure de résoudre des problèmes petits et grands!
OBJECTIFS D'APPRENTISSAGE
Après avoir participé à au moins cinq ateliers dans le volet Outils, vous aurez :
Obtenir des outils pratiques à utiliser dans votre entreprise ou votre carrière.
Acquérir des connaissances de base sur l'utilisation des applications et des plateformes pour le marketing, le développement commercial, etc.
Entrer en contact avec des experts du secteur et apprendre d'eux grâce à des exemples concrets.

Canevas du modèle d’affaires
Vous avez une idée que vous souhaitez commencer à développer? Dans cet atelier, vous apprendrez à utiliser une « matrice d’affaires » pour esquisser et préciser votre idée.
Introduction à la budgétisation
Les budgets sont un outil essentiel pour toute personne qui explore l'entrepreneuriat ! Cet atelier couvrira les bases de la création d'un budget, y compris la façon d'aborder la création de votre propre budget.
Introduction à Canva
Vous voulez apprendre des trucs et astuces de conception qui ne coûtent pas une fortune ? Cet atelier vous expliquera les bases de l'utilisation de Canva, un outil de conception en ligne gratuit qui vous permettra d'obtenir ce dont vous avez besoin !
Le b.a.-ba des tableaux conceptuels
Que vous lanciez votre propre entreprise ou que vous redonniez une image de marque à une initiative existante ou à un projet entrepreneurial, la création d'un mood board est le point de départ idéal ! Cet atelier passera en revue les principes de base d'une marque visuelle et apprendra à créer votre propre mood board à l'aide d'Invision.
Introduction à Shopify
Pour de nombreux entrepreneurs, le commerce électronique est au cœur de la réussite de leur entreprise. Cet atelier est présenté en collaboration avec le gestionnaire de la communauté locale de Shopify à Ottawa, et vous donnera une introduction à Shopify et comment il peut aider votre entreprise !
Rédiger un plan d'affaires
Votre plan d'affaires est votre plan de réussite. Dans cet atelier, apprenez à élaborer un plan d'affaires et à transformer votre vision en une entreprise prospère.
